Job Description
Experience - 5+ years Key Requirements: • - Proven experience in creating high-performing reels for product/service marketing. • - Strong understanding of hooks, retention techniques, and platform algorithms. • - Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). • - Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, persuasive video narratives. • - Data-driven mindset with understanding of digital marketing funnels. Key Responsibilities: • - Conceptualize and create Instagram Reels and short-form videos aligned with product marketing objectives. • - Translate product features, benefits, and USPs into compelling visual storytelling. • - Develop scripts, hooks, and CTAs focused on conversion. • - Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for engagement metrics (watch time, saves, shares, leads). • - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with campaign goals. • - Track performance analytics and continuously improve content strategy.
